Use the following sizing guide to ensure the B2 Mask is right for you.

Measure nose to chin Use a piece of string or a ruler to measure the distance between the tip of your nose and the point of your chin. Make sure not to measure under the chin as the B2 Mask is not designed to wrap below the chin.	Verify Fit Ensure that your nose to chin measurement is within the range shown on the table above. The bottom strap of the B2 Overlay, which fastens around the back of the neck, has a maximum circumference of 21 inches (53 cm).

Face Shape & Fit

Compact Fit B2 Mask has a flexible facepiece that conforms to your face to form a seal. It is normal to take a few days of use for the facepiece to break in and achieve the best position for sealing.	Adjustment and Seal The B2 Mask is designed to sit low on the bridge of your nose. If you have a prominent or low nose bridge, you can flip the inner seal up achieve a tighter fit.

Filter Changes

For a person who only has occasional contact with the public, and can stay physically distanced, we recommend:

• Change Original filters at least every 2 weeks. 
• Change Lite filters at least once a week.

You should change your filters more often if:

• You interact daily with the general public, such as for a job
• You or someone you care for is immunocompromised
• Your filters get wet while in use
• Your think your filters may be contaminated

These are guidelines only, as you know your personal situation and risk level best. Please note that no mask can eliminate the breathing in of all particles or the possibility of getting sick. We have previously stated that our Original filters can be used for unlimited wear time, but felt that did not adequately account for the pandemic-time risk of contamination or degradation due to humidity. 

Cleaning 

The facepiece, filter caps, and fabric overlay may be washed by hand using a mild soap or detergent. Alternatively, you can place them all in a laundry delicates bag and machine-wash them on the delicates cycle in cold water. 

Storage

When not in use, the B2 Mask can be folded in half with the overlay straps used to secure it closed. Alternatively, the mask can be left on a clean surface or hung somewhere that is out of the way. Do not store in a sealed container because this prevents moisture evaporation.

Answers to some common questions about B2 Mask.

Does the B2 mask fog my glasses? 

B2 Mask is designed with a flexible seal that eliminates or significantly reduces fogged glasses. If you are experiencing any fogging, you can try flipping the nose seal portion to achieve a tighter seal on the nose. 

Does the B2 mask come in multiple sizes?

No, currently we have one adult size. If you need a different size mask, please click here to tell us!

How can I redeem my free filter pack from a referral?

To redeem your free filter pack from a referral, manually add a filter pack to your cart, both styles of filter pack apply. The referral discount will be applied at checkout. If it does not automatically apply, you can manually enter your unique referral code at checkout. 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

What does the B2 Mask filter?

B2 Filters remove 99.6 - 98.3% of airborne particles down to .1 micron at normal breathing rates. This includes common contaminants such as dust, biological aerosols, and smoke. How often do I need to change my B2 filters?

Is the B2 Mask FDA or NIOSH-certified?

B2 Mask is designed to comply with NIOSH N95 standards per 42 CFR Part 84, but it is not yet NIOSH or FDA-approved.

Does the B2 mask come in any other colors or designs?

B2 Mask is currently only available in charcoal grey with a black overlay. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to find out when additional colorways get released.

How breathable is the B2 Mask?

B2 Mask is very breathable for a respirator or face mask. However, it will not be as comfortable as wearing no mask at all. B2 Mask exceeds the recommended breathing resistance required by NIOSH for Filtering Facepiece Respirators. Light breathing (walking, desk work, driving) through B2 Mask will feel easier than heavy breathing (long flights of stairs, hard labor). If breathability is your top priority, consider purchasing B2 Filter Lite.
